I had a fire in my home and SERVPRO came in and spent almost 2 weeks cleaning. They did an amazing job. House smells like new. They were so thorough and professional! I felt uneasy having to hand my home over to strangers...but when they handed me 2 bags of money that they found in my daughters purse and randomly throughout my house my mind was at ease. They are a very trustworthy company! I highly recommend them!

We recently had a flood in the basement. It occurred on the evening that my father passed away. As one would imagine it is a terrible day when a flooded basement in your family home is the best part of the day. I didn’t have access or the capacity to find the needed insurance information. Both Keith & Nick could not have been kinder to help us with the flood waters and to walk us thru the process. They were kind to my mom and respectful of the fact that our days were busy with funeral planning and worked with our schedule. On the final day when they picked up the equipment, Nick handed me a sympathy card. That kind gesture is the act of the kind of company that I can 100% recommend to family & friends.

It was really scary coming down to my nice finished basement and finding so much damage. After combing through all of the options for emergency cleanup, I found this SERVPRO. EACH SERVPRO STORE IS DIFFERENT. I went with this one because of good reviews and I was not let down. Keith and Nick were incredible. The work that Nick did with his team was very impressive. I had a bathroom sink leak which damaged the bathroom and a bedroom on the floor below. I reached out to SERVPRO late at night, they answered the call, and had a team to my property shortly after. They walked me through the entire process, helped deal with my insurance company, and documented everything. Thanks to them, the damage was limited and several items I thought would be completely lost were able to be salvaged. I can't thank Keith and his team enough!

My experience with Nick and Toni (SERVPRO) was nothing short of professional. Nick and Toni came in explained step by step regarding the cleanup process and did not waste anytime getting started. I had a bad water leak from my HVAC system in my basement. They talked me through the issue on the phone to stop the leak and then came out first thing in the morning. They came the next 5 days in a row to make sure every part of my basement was clean from the floors, the steps, and book shelves. They didn't rush the job just to move on to the next, they made sure it was done right. Not only did they fix that issue, but as they looked through everything, they noticed potential issues with my pipes that could potentially cause more issues. I didn't know what to do when my basement flooded so I did a quick google search for flooded basements and the first google result was SERVPRO so I looked at their reviews and saw they did great work and called. Next thing you know SERVPRO showed up on time plus they were very professional. They did an excellent job and I would recomend them to anyone who has any water damage to their home.  

We had a pipe break in home while we were away.  Due to the heat some mold grew as well as the water damage.  As they were explaining the situation and what needed to be done it occurred to me that my mothers house a few miles away might have mold as well.  While setting up the job at my house they sent a person over to look at my mothers.  Turns out it was not mold but eased our minds.  The care and concern showed for both jobs put my mind at ease.  Really good people.

We had a small mold problem in our upstairs bathroom.  We wanted to get it taken care of immediately due to you children in home.  We had one restoration company say it was too small.  SERVPRO came in understood our concerns and took care of us.  They explained the job and what needed to be done.  Quick and easy would use them again.

We had a great experience with SERVPRO Mt Ephraim.  Torrential rains were hitting the front of our house and apparently one of the windows had a leak.  They got here quickly covered the window and moved our dining room furniture and area rug before it got to bad.  A few days later we were dry and getting repairs to the window.  Thanks

I cannot say enough good things about SERVPRO Mount Ephraim.  During heavy rains recently it caused a back up in my basement.  I thought it was just water but when they came right out realized it was a sewer back up.  They met with the adjuster on site to discus the loss and gain approvals.  Completed the job safely and timely I told them they have my business from here on out.

These guys were great.  We had a slow leak in a closet at one of our rental properties that caused a mold problem in a closet.  They came out found the source and even worked with our insurance company.  The completed the mold process keeping us informed along the way.  Tenants were happy and so was I.

We previously had a restoration company that did some work for us.  A large loss came in and our previous company could not get to us for a couple of days.  We were referred to SERVPRO Mt Ephraim and they came out on the spot.  They did a great job getting us secure and up and running again.  We have since used them on other loses and have an ERP with them for all of our sites now.  Professional courteous and know what they are doing I trust our company with them.

We had an ongoing musty smell in the back filing room.  We mentioned it to our landlord and he said have someone check it out.  We called SERVPRO they came right out assessed the situation and found a leak from a washing machine from the store next door.  Difficult for us to tell as it was behind large filing cabinets.  They also found mold which was a concern.  We put them in contact with all stake holders and they handled it from there which is great as a retail manager.  They were great to work with and completed the job with no headaches.

Honest people (in a sometimes dishonest field). Keith and his team are top notch. I had them out to fix a pipe leak and they did great work, advised me on the best solution in terms of health and dealing with the insurance company. I trusted them so much that when I had water damage from a storm, I called them before the insurance company just to have them assess if I should file a claim, have them do the work without a claim or do the work myself. They gave nothing but honest answers. Use them if you have any restoration issues, they are great.

They came into my house late on a Friday evening. Pumped out the water... wiped and sterilized everything from the doorknob in, and set up enough fans to have my home hovering lazily an inch above the ground. Over the next two days they were in and out verifying anything further that needed to be tossed and that everything remaining was dry and clean. They were professional, polite, and I would use them again in a snap.

Coming home the last thing I wanted to deal with was a squishy carpet and horrendous odor in our basement. I called SERVPRO of Mount Ephraim told them the situation and they said “No problem”. They were out working on my basement within hours and it was drying by the end of the day (I had a cracked sewer pipe). The work to put back my basement was done neatly and quickly. Called them early on a Sunday morning to restore my flooded basement and spoke with them immediately and they were there in a couple of hours. They were very professional in getting my basement restored and basically the mantra was **do everything and anything that was needed to restore my home**. I really appreciated this as I had just returned from a 16-hour international flight to find this mess but all was restored quickly and efficiently. Thanks again!

August 2012 our sump pump failed and flooded our finished basement. Keith and team came out and they did a fantastic job. August 2013 called them again but this time it was much more serious. Our hot water heater went in the basement and not only was it flooded but we had mold growing everywhere. I am allergic to mold so I needed this done quickly and correctly. They took care of everything from water to mold to the inventory of lost items! Truly an amazing job!

We contacted SERVPRO of Mt. Ephraim with an interesting challenge. Let’s just say our two Labradors were swimming in the pool and drank a lot of pool water and ate something that did not agree with their stomachs.
