July 23, 2019 Philadelphia PA.
A Recent storm in our area had winds going at a speed of up to 50-60 MPH with some reports as high as 70-80 mph wind gusts. Power company crews were scrambling to restore power to thousands of New Jersey homes and businesses, which one expert reported were the worst since super storm Sandy of 2012.
SERVPRO of Mount Ephraim / Bellmawr received a call that the Procacci Brothers Building in Philadelphia had some water damage due to this storm.
When our crews arrived we found that the building's roof was blowing off and had a lot of damage to it causing the rain to leak into the building. There was severe water damage on both levels of the building. Our crew got to work drying and demoing.
Our crew had to call another SERVPRO to come in and help us with such a large job. The great thing about SERVPRO is that no job is too big. We have crews all over the country and can handle anything. We have a STORM team to handle large storm events as well. We work together to get the job done and keep our customers happy.
