House Fire- Camden NJ

Fire Smoke and Water damage impacted this home in Camden NJ 08103. An electrical fire spread throughout the home affecting 4 floors and causing serious damage to the dwelling and contents. Thankfully no one was injured. SERVPRO of Mount Ephraim/ Bellmawr were there to help with the restoration process. We were contracted to undertake the restoration of content where applicable as well as the demolition and deodorization of dwelling. We developed a joint project plan with the property manager and tenant that allowed for an effective and timely execution of project. The execution of plan allowed the property manager to have their construction crew come in shortly after emergency service and to ultimately get the tenant back in the property.
