Mold caused by a leaking roof in Blackwood NJ

This home in Blackwood NJ was the result of a tree branch that fell on the roof and compromised the structure.  Over the course of the next week it had rained and unknown to the customer the roof was leaking into a closet that is rarely used.  Upon smelling a musty smell near the closet she discovered mold and contacted us shortly after.  The water damage was more extensive than originally thought as it rain to the lower level of home as well.  We stabilized the home and followed IICRC remediation standards for mold and water.  Our customer was expecting a much longer process and she was thrilled with the results.
