Mold on Basement Rafters Moorestown NJ

This was a property that was not winterized properly after a bank took possession.  This basement had multiple sources of water intrude into the basement space.  As ou can see the extent of the mold damage primarily to the basement rafters as the leak was from above. Mold was throughout the partially finished basement as well.  In situations like this it is important to contain the area during remediation to minimize any cross contamination.  Through an agreed upon work plan and budget we were able to get the property back to a desired state so it could go back on the market.
