Flooded office in Pennsauken NJ

We received a call for an office that was in the process of being sold. It had not been in use for about six months. During this time the commercial property suffered a broken pipe and sustained water damage that also resulted in mold in over 10,000 square feet. We went on site assessed the damage and took immediate action so that the landlord could get the property back on market. In order to minimize further damage to the remaining space we contained the area and immediately began completing emergency service.  We were also awarded the build back on this property which included repair of drywall, electrical work, flooring and paint.  Another satisfied customer.
