Flooded Basement - Camden NJ

A new home owner still in the process of moving into this newly renovated home stopped off on a Friday evening to check on the house.  It happened to be during a cold freeze in our area and the boiler unit had a malfunction causing several of the pipes to freeze and ultimately rupture.  This caused significant water damage in the basement area of the home as well as the kitchen.  The home had approximately 12" of water throughout the basement. We arrived onsite at approximately 9:30 pm after receiving the call but after a long night we were able to pump out and dry the structure quickly and efficiently within four days.
